The lash lab uses the highest quality extension products and takes all due care in performing this service. The lash lab is not liable for any side effects which can occur as a result of the customer’s own negligence to:

a) inform the technician of any allergies

b) reactions developed after numerous treatments

c) failure to maintain your lash health.

By pursuing this treatment you are doing so at your own risk and if a reaction occurs no refund will be given, however the lash lab will offer free removal. At the lash lab we strive on applying lashes that will not affect your natural lashes. We will advise you on the right lashes for you, but if you want another style ie. volumes and your natural lashes cannot hold the weight, we will advise you of this and it is your choice to go ahead with this service knowing the risks. We are not responsible for the damage it may cause to your natural lashes.

We have a 48 hour cancellation window. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us there is a $25 no show fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be used as a credit towards your next appointment minus the $25 same day cancellation fee. If you simply do not rock up to your appointment without notifying us you lose your deposit. When cancelling an appointment you can either do it through the booking website or text us at 0412 582 160 please do not send an email, facebook or instagram message as these will be considered as a no show. All full sets and refills from other salons require a 50% deposit when booking the appointment. This is only refundable if you cancel the appointment 48 hours in advance. The lash lab reserves the right to cancel all future bookings.
